1. Privacy by Design Philosophy

This application has been designed under the principle of data minimization. The tool does not require account creation, user registration, or login. You can use the travel planner completely anonymously.

2. Data Processing for Travel Planning

When you use our form to design a trip, the data you enter (destination, approximate dates, pace preferences, budget, and dietary restrictions) is processed strictly ephemerally and temporarily. This data is sent encrypted to the Google Gemini API exclusively to generate your itinerary. Once you close your browser session or download your travel file, our database removes all that information from memory. We do not store, sell, or analyze your travel request history long-term.

Note: By using the service, you acknowledge that the travel parameter data is sent to Google's servers for processing (Artificial Intelligence). We recommend not entering sensitive or identifiable personal data in the application's free-text boxes.

3. Data Processing for Donations

If you decide to make a voluntary contribution through the external link provided on the website, the payment process is handled entirely on the third-party platform. If, during that process, you decide to publicly or privately share your name or email address with me through that platform, this information will be used for the sole purpose of thanking you for the contribution, if applicable. We will never add that email to marketing lists or send newsletters.

4. Cookie Policy

This website does not use advertising tracking cookies or invasive third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) that require your explicit consent. We only use technical (essential) cookies and session state data necessary for the internal functioning of the application during your visit (for example, to temporarily remember your language selection or the places you have marked while browsing the tool).

5. Exercise of Rights
